1. Winner under each topic shall be awarded trophy and a certificate of merit.
2. All participants shall receive participation certificates.

1. The event is open to enrolled undergraduate and postgraduate students of any discipline.
2. Cross-college/university teams are allowed.
3. A team can have a maximum of 4 participants.
4. Registration and submissions for the event are to be done via online mode.
5. The selection will be done based on a written abstract of the chosen topic.
6. The abstract needs to be within 500 words.
7. The last date for submission of the abstract is 5^th January, 2026. Abstracts are to be submitted at colloquium26@yesm.in with the subject Abstract_Colloquium.
8. The chosen teams will need to submit the entire paper by 2^nd February, 2026.
9. The final paper needs to be within 5000 words.
10. The teams need to submit their PowerPoint presentation by 2^nd February, 2026.
11. The presentation needs to be within 25 slides.
12. The participant(s) will be given 10 minutes to present their paper and 2 minutes will be allotted for a question and answer session.
13. Finals will be conducted in-person in the Jadavpur University campus.
