Prizes

  1. The winner under each sub-event shall receive a gift hamper and a certificate of merit.
  2. All participants will get a participation certificates.

Rules and Regulations

  1. Eligibility: Open to all Highschool (+2), UG, PG, Amateur, and Professional photographers, filmmakers, and content creators.
  2. Submission Platform: Participants need to register themselves first through the Google Forms. Submissions must be strictly made through the official email. Each participant will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission.
  3. Originality: Entries must be original, created solely by the entrant, and must not infringe on any third-party rights. Use of any generative AI tool will immediately lead to disqualification.
  4. File Format: Adhere to the specified file format for each category.
  5. Content: Content should not contain any offensive, violent, or illegal material. Submissions not adhering to the theme or containing prohibited content will be disqualified.
  6. Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on creativity, adherence to the theme, technical skill, and overall impact.
  7. Copyright and Usage Rights: By submitting an entry, participants grant the organizers permission to use their work for promotional purposes, with due credit to the creator.


Rules for Photography Category:

  1. Format: Submissions should be in high-resolution JPEG / JPG format. All entries must contain the EXIF data.
  2. Editing: Minor edits (e.g., brightness, contrast, colour correction) are allowed. Heavily manipulated images or composites are not permitted.
  3. Captions: Each entry should include a short description explaining the context and connection to the theme.

Rules for Reels Category:

  1. Format: Submissions should be vertical video (1080 x 1920 resolution) in MP4 format.
  2. Duration: Reels should not exceed 60 seconds.
  3. Music and Sound: Copyrighted songs must be tagged along. Use of royalty-free music is recommended.
  4. Captions/Title Cards: Include title cards or captions where necessary to clarify the narrative.

Rules for Short Film Category:

  1. Format: Submit in horizontal video format (1920 x 1080 resolution) as an MP4 file.
  2. Duration: Films must be between 3 to 5 minutes in length.
  3. Script and Dialogue: Ensure that language is clear and appropriate. Submissions must include subtitles if dialogue is in a language other than [English/local language].

Rules for Poster Making Category:

  1. Format: Digital format (JPEG, PNG, PDF); minimum 300 DPI.
  2. Dimensions: Standard dimensions (A3, A4, or 16:9 aspect ratio).
  3. Artwork: Must be original and digitally made. Any application is fine.
  4. Text: Must include minimal text/message adhering to the theme.
  5. Submission: Must include a brief written description (50–100 words) and the time-lapse video of the creation.

Submission Guidelines:

Last date of submission: 30th January, 2026.

The photographs, reels, and short films should be mailed to the email address fiscalpix26@yesm.in with the subject “Fiscalpix Photography”, “Fiscalpix Reel”, “Fiscalpix Poster” and “Fiscalpix Short-Film” respectively. The email body should include the name of the participant, institution, class, contact number, and a 30-60 word description of why and how the photography, the reel, the poster, and the short-film are relevant to the theme. The subject must use the format: Fiscal-pix26_NameOfTheParticipant.
