- The winner under each topic shall receive a gift hamper and a certificate of merit.
- The runners-up under each topic shall receive certificates of merit.
- All participants shall receive participation certificates.
Rules and Regulations
- The event is open to enrolled high school (+2), undergraduate and postgraduate students of any discipline.
- The event will be held online.
- The essay must be an individual work of the author. No collaborations are allowed.
- Participants must write an essay on any one of the given topics.
- One participant can submit only one essay. Multiple submissions from the same participant are not allowed.
- Any plagiarism shall lead to immediate disqualification.
- The last date of submission for the essay is 15th January, 2026.
Essay Format:
- The essay must not exceed a word count of 1600 words (including in-text citations but excluding cover page, footnotes, diagram or image captions, tables if any, and end-text citations).
- Participants will receive a participant number via email upon registering. Therefore, at the time of submission, they should clearly mention their participant number, topic title, School/College/University name, and Year of study on the cover page/first page of the essay.
- Participants should submit the essay via email to the designated email address - pa-writo26@yesm.in with the subject as Pawrito_NameOfTheParticipant.
- Participants should use the APA referencing style to cite other papers and articles.
- The essay must follow the mentioned format:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12
- Alignment: Justified
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Submission can be in either .pdf or .word format.
Not abiding to the above mentioned rules or format may lead to immediate disqualifications.
